What is more, guests do not have to think about groceries, since the owner provides a service of groceries shopping. The specious dining room is furnished with a large wooden table with five chairs and a bench, so that all the guests of Villa Sušanj can be comfortable sat at the table. The tastefully decorated living room with blush pink accents is furnished with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, creating the perfect space for entertainment and socialization with loved ones. The entire property is air-conditioned and has access to wireless internet. Being a villa for the entire family, Villa Sušanj also invites your pets to enjoy a stay.

Large glass doors lead to the beautiful outdoor area of Villa Sušanj with a gorgeous 32 m2 heated private pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, creating the perfect paradise for relaxation during a holiday in Croatia. Matulji combines the Kvarner Riviera and the mountainous hinterland, allowing guests to enjoy high summer temperatures during the day and cooler temperatures in the evenings for a good night’s sleep. From Matulji one can take various cycling, walking, and hiking trails to the Lisina Forest, Nature Park Učka, or to the towns Veprinac and Kastav.
