Built in 1880 this home is located on Dublin’s northern edge, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to walk to the city. This charming home is situated on a quiet street of terraced houses and located a 10-15 minute walk to O’Connell Street, Dublin’s main street.
This rental is in a local neighborhood where local people live so you're able to get a real sense of Dublin life!
Just outside the kitchen, you can open the doors to a small and charming back yard that has a small table and seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee or a beer or two after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The only thing we ask is that you keep noise levels down if you are in the back yard as the neighborhood is a quiet area and our neighbors, while adorable and accommodating, will get annoyed if there is excessive noise.
This charming, redbrick, Georgian dwelling boasts both comfort and character whilst offering all the mod-cons. Our home consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 double fold-down beds, a large and fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bright bathrooms, and a spacious living room. Situated on a quiet, residential street just minutes away from the heart of Dublin.
Our bed and bathroom layout is as follows:
2 bedrooms upstairs with one double bed in each room.
1 bedroom downstairs with two single beds.
2 double sofa beds both in the front room.
1 bathroom downstairs with shower,bath,sink and toilet.
1 bathroom downstairs with shower, toilet and sink.
We can put 1 extra single fold down bed into this rental if required. Please let us know in advance if this is required.
Our beds have hotel standard mattress.
