This holiday accommodation is located in the heart of Les Minimes, near Lac de la Sole, in the most dynamic district of La Rochelle. Comfort services will be available such as access to the swimming pool, underground parking, bike storage.
It is on the 2nd floor with lift and consists of a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed opening onto a west-facing balcony, a fitted kitchen area, a separate toilet, a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed. Come and enjoy the sun around the pool!!

    „appartement situé sur un rond point , très bruyant de jour comme de nuit.
    appartement sale, nous avons dû nettoyer le sol et les placards avant de nous installer.
    idem pour la vaisselle, sale , couverts cassés ( nous avions 2 fourchettes pour 4), l'agence nous en a fourni d'autres après réclamation
    le séchoir à linge rouillé ( changé par l'agence après signalement)
    problème avec la chasse d'eau des toilettes, il a fallu que je réclame 2 fois à l'agence avant que l'agence envoie un plombier
