Inside, Can Seguinot Mercer is set over 2 floors. The ground floor has a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, as well as a double bedroom with bathroom. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, satellite TV, dvd player, music player and wi-fi internet. The kitchen has all the essentials for a full self catering holidays (a washing machine is also available in a separate utility room).Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a twin bedroom and bathroom are available. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).



Outside, Can Seguinot Mercer offers to its guests beautifully kept gardens with lawn, flowers, trees and shrubs: a true oasis of peace! The private swimming pool is set at the front of the villa and attracts long hours of sun. It is surrounded by extensive paved terraces perfect for sunbathing on the comfortable sunbeds provided. The private swimming pool is particularly large for a property of this size, and it measures 10m x 4m (depth 1.30m – 2.20m).
