Galindo y Perahuy (at 15 km from Salamanca). Wonderful holiday home at an attractive price. Located in a private resort outside the city. On the grounds are tennis courts, a large soccer field, a basketball court and of course a swimming pool.

You enter via a staircase and enter a hall with access to the rooms on the ground floor namely: the living room with open kitchen, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 person and a 3 person: 1 single bed and a 2 bed). A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor where there is a bed (1 person) on the landing and a bedroom for two people (2 person bed). There is also a bathroom on the first floor with sink and bath / shower.
The entire house is nicely dressed and nicely painted, everything is well maintained and is cleaned very carefully after each stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, combi fridge oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolche Gusto for the right pads ..) and everything else you may need in the kitchen.
In the living room there are two 3-person sofas and an armchair. Two cupboards and somewhat smaller furniture such as a TV cabinet and two chests of drawers.
There is a modern flat screen TV and you receive Spanish channels of HD quality. If you want to see your own channels, you can always use the free WiFi signal (internet) in combination with Chromecast and a smartphone, laptop or tablet.

The entire garden (+/- 900m2) is fenced with hedges and fencing and walls and an entrance gate. At the rear of the house is a large wooden dining table under a pergola and a stone bbq. There are also a number of sun loungers. At the front there is a large piece of grass next to the entrance where you can park your car. In the garden there are different fruit trees (pear, cherry, apple) and two olive trees.

Salamanca is often quite hot in the summer, often above 30 degrees. The great thing about the continental climate is that the temperature in the night often falls sharply, making it cool at night and ensuring a good night's sleep. The heat during the day can be well tolerated because the air is very dry.

The house is not equipped for the disabled or wheelchair users.

Salamanca is a 10-minute drive away. It is bustling all day long. Quite a lot of tourism from home and abroad. Endless terraces, restaurants and tapa bars. Typically Spanish. Only in the afternoon between 3 and 6 does everything stop before the siesta. When you want to eat it is best to do it around two in the afternoon. Otherwise in the evening but please take the times into account (from 8 p.m. - 12 p.m.)
The outskirts of Salamanca offer many interesting things, there are vast areas that are worth a visit. Great nature, mountains, flora and fauna. (Ask the owner for specific addresses and places). The entire area is also known for the black pigs that supply the famous Iberico ham.
