Our holiday flat is in a very quiet location on a hill north-east of Aschau im Chiemgau in the direction of the Chiemsee, with a great view of the mountains. You live in wonderful nature and can go for beautiful walks from the house. into the Bärnsee nature reserve or take various bike tours towards the mountains and lake. bike tours in the direction of the mountains and the lake. Separate WC. One bedroom with double bed and balcony, one single bedroom (parquet flooring) with access to the same east-facing balcony and a large children's bedroom with a single bed and a children's loft bed (1.70 m long) or a baby cot. You are welcome to use a garden area with garden furniture and the sunbathing lawn at the house with barbecue area.

    „Hervorragende Ausstattung - man sieht, dass es den Vermietern wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen - es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts! Die Lage ist wunderschön, ruhig gelegen ausserhalb der Ortschaft und dennoch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen”
