Apartment located in a period building from the historical period of the 1920s within the pedestrian area of ​​Ostia with a terrace overlooking the sea. The building has different decorations and a distinctive coat of arms linked to the period in which it was built. It is one of the historic palaces of Ostia and the square has been the subject of filming in several films of famous registers.It is the ideal choice for those who love to dive into the evening "movida" of Ostia or more simply to have breakfast in the morning with a characteristic donut by the sea.The historic building has a double entrance both on the pedestrian square and in the back where you can admire a courtyard owned by the condominiums.The main entrance, through a wooden door, leads to an entrance hall with a characteristic period chandelier and some mosaics painted on tiles that make the building unique.

The apartment has been recently renovated with a living room equipped with a double sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen area furnished and equipped with all accessories. It has a double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine.The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything to make your stay pleasant. The kitchenette is also well stocked so you can cook to your heart's content. You will find various sizes of pots and pans, the pasta maker for cooking pasta and bowls of various sizes.
