This stunning 6-bedroom villa is part of our luxurious 'LUX MARE' collection, which comprises some of the most desirable holiday rental properties in the Western Algarve - offering unrivalled standards of service.



'LUX MARE' is Latin for 'Light of the Sea' and describes the reflection of sunlight off the ocean - of which there are breath-taking views.



The villa was designed by acclaimed local architect Mario Martins and combines sustainable architecture with advanced technology in a stunning oceanside location.



The high ceilings and panoramic windows give a feeling of light, space, and relaxation.

Each room has been specially designed and decorated with comfort in mind, with heated floors, air-conditioning, and tempered glass windows.



The walls of the villa are adorned with artworks by the renowned Spanish artist Luis Bujalance. (His works are also on display in the neighbouring villa (LUX MARE II) and the two villas contain the largest private collection of works by this artist.)



High-speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the villa, and smart home technology means that you can adjust the temperature, lighting, and window blinds according to your liking at the touch of a button.

Thanks to a state of the art sound system you can listen to your favourite music in any part of the villa and can even connect your smartphone to the entertainment system ... helping you to unwind after a long day of sightseeing!



The 270 m2 ground floor area comprises the living and dining areas, fully-equipped modern kitchen (with ultra-modern appliances and all the equipment needed for cooking and dining in at the villa), a TV room with a game console, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with en-suite bathrooms, a guest bathroom, laundry room (with washing, drying, and ironing facilities), and a fantastic barbecue area.

The spacious terrace has both shaded and unshaded areas so is ideal for al fresco dining as well as sun bathing. There is a beautiful landscaped garden, a putting green, heated infinity pool, and a separate bathroom and shower.



On the upper floor is a relaxation area with kitchenette that leads out onto the 123 m2 terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic ocean), 4 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin - both with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 twin rooms that share a separate bathroom), and a dedicated quiet workspace which allows you to carry out business tasks such as sending emails and printing documents without the need to travel somewhere else to find these necessities.



Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.

Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.

Our inclusive services start on arrival with a warm welcome and introduction to the villa by our local team.



On your arrival there will be a luxury welcome pack including complementary gourmet coffee, teas and other luxury food and drink items.



Our local villa managers provide a professional guest service - including a concierge service (available during specific hours).

The concierge can assist with table reservations at local restaurants, airport transfers, appointments with various service providers such as personal trainers, masseurs, local guides, chauffeurs etc.

Our concierge service providers have a wealth of local knowledge and their aim is to ensure that you have a fabulous experience while staying at LUX MARE.



A non-intrusive housekeeping service is provided daily (excluding Sundays) so that you can enjoy total relaxation during your stay.

- separate towels for use around the pool or at the beach.



A range of outdoor as well as 'in-villa' activities will be available, including:
