The Residence is a complex of holiday homes located in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, in Puglia, 350 meters from the central promenade.
All units are air conditioned and include a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. All units have an independent outdoor area reserved for the apartment with garden table and chairs. There is a kitchenette with a fridge and gas stove. Each unit has a private bathroom
with the shower. Some barbecues are available to use in your own garden.

The three-room apartment is located on the ground floor and has an internal surface of 65 square meters.
The apartment outside has a garden of about 60 square meters where you can use one of the several charcoal barbecue available. There is a table with garden chairs, a stack and the possibility to park the car. Inside the residence there is a laundry available for guests and is free to use.
