Holiday apartments on an agriturismo with a pool and a great view
The holiday apartments are in a country house about 800 metres above sea level, surrounded by flowers and chestnut forests. The house is in Valtiberina, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, an area rich in wonderful panoramas, medieval localities and art towns.
The house consists of four completely renovated apartments, decorated in a Tuscan style in accordance with the surroundings. One of the apartments is occupied by the owners. The agriturismo has a common room. A washing machine is available for shared use. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartments are pleasantly fresh even in summer and so air conditioning is not required, but heating is available during the cooler months.
All around the country house there is a lovely garden with a children’s playground. The great pool (6 x 12m) with a panoramic view is available for all guests, in a sunny spot from which you can admire the surrounding hills. There are car parking spaces right next to the garden. Each apartment has a private, furnished outdoor area with a grill.
The country house is accessed along a country road that winds up through the hills. The last 2km are not asphalted. The house is away from town noise and is therefore ideal for those who would like to enjoy nature and peace and quiet. The owners live on the agriturismo and are happy to assist with any queries. Free meditation lessons are offered. Pets are allowed, upon agreement with the owners at the time of booking. Cookery courses, hiring a chef to cook at the apartment, babysitting services and guided tours can all be arranged. There are also special agreements with a shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as bicycle hire, car rental, horse riding stables and flights with a small piloted plane (prices on request).
The agriturismo is 5km from the centre of Lippiano. The valley is rich in impressive panoramas, monasteries, castles and historical localities, where many Renaissance artists were born, such as Michelangelo, Piero della Francesca, della Robbia and Vasari, whose works can be seen in the nearby towns of Monterchi, Sansepolcro and Arezzo. The nearest grocery shop is 9km away, the nearest restaurant 5km away in Lippiano, or also 9km away.

The La Loggia apartment has a well-equipped kitchen-diner, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom provides a double bed (160 x 190cm), while the second has two single beds (80 x 190cm). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, an oven and a gas stove. A comfortable sofa, a fireplace and a dining table make the room cosy. Some steps lead to the entrance to the apartment.
The house has a loggia in front of the entrance and a private outdoor area in the garden with a table, chairs and a grill.
