On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a small kitchen with dining area. On the 1st floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area with sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The balcony offers a nice view of the sea. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the 2nd floor of the house. Each bedroom is with double bed and sofa bed for one person and they open into a balcony with stunning views to the sea. Directly in front of the house there is a spacious furnished terrace and in front of it the highlight of the estate, of approximately 30 m² large swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers. Satellite TV, grill, 4 air conditioning, wireless Internet access, dishwasher and washing are further features. The nearest restaurant is only 300 meters from the property. The nearest supermarket can be reached within a few minutes car ride.
