This fully air-conditioned spacious south-facing sea-view villa with private pool (that can be heated - at extra cost) is located near to the beautiful sandy beach at Porto de Mós (- a Blue Flag 'accessible' beach with 2 excellent restaurants). The beach is just a short walk from the villa.
As well as the beach, there are other amenities nearby including a gym, Spa, golf driving range, many restaurants, a local supermarket, and several walking routes (including a boardwalk).
The villa has recently been renovated to a high standard, including a refurbished pool, new bathrooms, windows, and tiling throughout giving the entire property a more modern feel.
The pool and garden get the sun throughout the day and the villa also benefits from lovely views of the ocean - especially from the roof terrace.
The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen and a covered conservatory to enjoy your meals in, as well as a lounge with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for 8 persons.
There is a twin bedroom and a WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms (one with bath and overhead shower, and one with a walk-in shower), as well as an amazing balcony facing the ocean.
There is a wonderful games room in the air-conditioned basement, with a pool table, table tennis table, and a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc.
The villa benefits from a large roof terrace with 270º views of the area, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a sundowner(!).
For the cooler winter evenings, heating is available via wall-mounted units (that also provide air conditioning).
Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.
Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
