Holiday home with 6,000 metre fenced garden, salt stone sauna, fireplace, near the forest

Enjoy a holiday in nature in a lovingly furnished holiday home with a large park-like and fully fenced garden. The kids grew up and we decided to share our weekend paradise with holidaymakers. The living rooms have been newly renovated and furnished for holiday guests. In July 2017 our first guests arrived. Through the core refurbishment we offer you, despite the long history of the house, every comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. In order to express this comfort, we have decided to objectively evaluate the house by the DTV classification. We are very proud, because the house was awarded the highest grade in March 2018 - with 5 stars. The house (140 m²) is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms for 2 persons each: two master bedroom with double bed and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower, washing machine and a separate Finnish salt stone sauna. Indoor fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony overlooking the garden, party cellar, terrace with outdoor fireplace and goldfish pond with water cascades, two more ponds, tree house, fireplace and a stream are among the most popular highlights of our guests. A fast Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.

Garden: The 6000m², fenced plot in the weekend area Gonterskirchen è bounded by the forest and a picturesque stream. In addition to two ponds with carp and roach fish, is located in the rock garden at the house a small goldfish pond with cascade waterfalls. In the garden you will find many animals depending on the season: frogs, salamanders, fireflies, raccoons, stag beetles - pure nature! Probably the sweetest ones are the newts swimming in our ponds. Dogs are especially welcome! Do you want to rent a holiday home with a dog? Then you are right with us! We value the fact that Ii favorites feel comfortable with us and keep a food bowl, a dog bed and dog towels available. The garden we have completely fenced and secured. The fence consists in part of a hunter fence to the forest path, a fixed wire fence to the neighbors from the right and a plank fence, secured with a solid wire fence on the other two sides.

For children there is next to the tree house another garden house and a sandbox to play. You can also use bicycles free of charge: 2 bicycles for adults and 2 children's bicycles. And era can you do with us? Relax in the garden, watch birds, dragonflies, carp, newts, salamanders and frogs. On a clear night sky, watch the beautiful starry sky, barbecue on the terrace and make bread on the campfire. The trails start right at the house. You can also make a trip to the Hohenrodskopf: Here are many beautiful hiking routes, also you can discover the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest and in winter skiing downhill and especially cross-country skiing. Also the visit of the small towns Laubach, Lich, Grünberg, Scots and Hungen is worthwhile. The Vulkanradweg and Südbahnradweg in Vogelsberg offer about 145 km of traffic-free cycle paths, which have been developed on old railway lines. You can return with the Volcano Express - a shuttle bus with a bicycle trailer. I would like to advise you personally on your arrival and have also collected a stock of informational material and hiking maps. Outlook: In autumn 2018 we want to start with the expansion of a Finnish sauna in our previous workshop. As a production date we have made February 2019 (but I can not promise that yet).
