Relaxing peaceful house with spectacular view on Split

The house is located near Split, in a small historical town famous for its fortress Klis. Even though the property is in the remote peaceful and private green area, up in the hill in natural environment far from the city rush, it keeps an eye on the city with spectacular view which popularly remind us of Beverly Hills view onto LA. Klis is 10 km away from Split and it takes you 15-20 min to get there by car, or 25 minutes by public transport (a bus) which drives regularly according to the timetable.

This house has a sentimental story and it is dear to the hearts of its owners. You can feel the peaceful energy as soon as you get there and immediately feel relaxed as you breathe in the fresh air. This house is the highest located of all the houses on the hill of Mount Kozjak on the private location which means that it is peaceful and all you can hear basically is birds chirping.
The house is ideal for a family or for 5-6 people, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has just been modernly designed and fully equipped and no one has ever stayed there. You can relax on a spacious balcony and gaze at the city lights while enjoying either your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The guests have their private swimming pool to enjoy. While relaxing in the swimming pool the view spreads between the olive and cherry trees onto the city of Split. The guests can also relax in the garden or orchard, where they can freely help themselves with the seasonal fruit and vegetables and prepare a meal in a fully equipped and modern kitchen. The guests will be served with homemade high-quality virgin oil produced from the olives here from the olive garden.
Although the house is a bit remote and off the main road you can easily get to the town center 5 minutes by car. Klis is a small town with big history famous for its fort and everything you need is in the center (i.e. grocery shop, post office, pharmacy, cafe and a restaurant). It is recommended to visit the famous fort. However, if you want to visit Split it is only 15 min (10 km) by car away where you can go sightseeing or spend the night out or go to the beach.
The house is equipped with basic groceries and washing and cleaning products.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful vegetable garden and orchard. The guests can help themselves with fruits and vegetables. There is also an outdoor terrace with grill and dining table where the guests can have dinner. The terrace is equipped with sunshade which is moveable and is easily adaptable to any space or surface. Another distinctive feature is swimming pool with a great view onto the city and an outdoor shower. the entire property is fenced. There is a big parking space in front of the house.

Split is very crowded during summer, but still not far from Klis, only 15min by car. When you escape the city rush and come to the property, breathe in the fresh air, no traffic around, everything you hear are birds chirping and silence, you instantly feel brand new. Jump into the pool, enjoy the city lights and the remarkable view and relax in good company.

The property is in a bit remote and peaceful area where privacy is the most important. There aren't any direct neighbors and the house is in the green, there aren't any cars nor people, it is very peaceful and private and therefore extremely enjoying and relaxing. It takes you 5 min by car to the town center if you need any groceries, post office or pharmacy (15 min on foot). Split is 10 km away, which means 15 min by car if you want to explore Split, go to a fancy restaurant, or go out for drinks, go shopping, for a walk on Promenade (Riva) or to spend a day on the beach, or even to explore the nearby islands.
