The villa is situated in a small village called Ljubač, which is 15 kilometres away from Zadar. This village is known for its sandy beaches. Every unit has equipped kitchen and living room. In the lower part of the house there is a large room with kitchenette where you can celebrate and enjoy with your family and friends. Exterior of the villa is pretty amazing. Besides swimming in the pool and sunbathing, you can enjoy in a spectacular view.
If you want a bit of sea adventure, villa Lubey offers one-day and half-day excursions on the yacht with 5 or 3 courses included. For those eager to have an active vacation, there are numerous bike paths in the surrounding area.
