In a hilly position, in the small hamlet of Acquanera, about 2 km from Piobbico, this little house in modern style rises.
A place surrounded by woods and hills, where you can relax completely thanks to the pure and sparkling air; Ideal either for those looking for a relaxing holiday or for those who like moving and doing physical activities.
We are at the foot of Mount Nerone, which offers the possibility to go to naturalistic itineraries and have an active vacation: hiking, trekking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, and other sports in contact with nature.

The apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living open space consisting of a living room, fitted with a fireplace and a sofa, and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Through a large window you can access to an outdoor area where you can eat and enjoy the panorama that opens onto the green of the surrounding hills.
On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with armchair-bed.
On the upper floor, there is a second double bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one person and a bathroom with shower.
From a separate entrance, on the ground floor, access to a double bedroom with a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower. The features of this space make it suitable to accommodate people with disabilities.
A few meters away from the property, on the other side of the quiet road, surrounded by ornamental plants, there is a large private swimming pool, where you can spend some time sunbathing and taking refreshing baths.

The location of this villa allows you to reach the town of Piobbico in just 5 minutes by car, where you will find all the main services, restaurants and supermarkets. Apecchio is famous for its brewery craft. You will also discover the small surrounding villages with their traditions and various events that are organised throughout the summer.
