This beautiful holiday house is surrounded by countryside, close to the main road of Laganas. It is built in a central location, close to amenities but in a quiet part of the village. The house is detached, in its own grounds and not very close to other houses.
The air conditioned house is built in one level and consists of two bedrooms, one big bathroom and a large living room with an open plan kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It has its own entrance leading to a private car park. From the car park there are a few steps to the main entrance which leads to a big living room and open plan kitchen. There are two big sofas and a low table in the living room oposite a huge TV and the fireplace. The living room has immediate access to the patio overlooking the olive grove which surrounds the house. Behind the living room but still in the same area there is an open plan kitchen and a dining area to comfortably sit 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, kitchen tools and utensils. Both bedrooms are spacious and have a double bed. All bedrooms have individual air-condtion units and wardrobes. The bathroom has a toilet and an enclosed shower cabin. Wifi is available throughout the property
There is a private road leading to the house. The house car park is just outside the main entrance. There is enough space for 2 cars.
Private airport transport can be arranged by the owner in a mini bus. Cost is 20 Euros each way up to four people. Please ask for details.
The house is very close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and not far from the beach. There is a supermarket 300 metres from the house and restaurants within 500 metres. You can walk to the beach in 30 minutes or drive there in 5 minutes.
