The nearest beach is only two streets away from the house, very close to the comercial area where you can find all what you need, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars , restaurants etc.
The house is divided on two diferents levels and offers a living space of 120 m² ready for 6 persons.
Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and nice living-dining area well furnitured. Has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds in each. Also a bathroom with a bathtub at the same level.
The living room has access to the terrace where you will find garden furniture, ready for you to enjoy lovely meals at the sunshine evenings in Mallorca.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
