At the porch overlooking the pool you can share laughs and talks while the children are playing in the water. The 7mx 4m chlorine water pool with a depth ranging from 0.8m to 1.7m is surrounded by a gravel area with six sun loungers. After a long day on the beach, take a refreshing exterior shower or have a tasty barbecue on the second porch. This marvelous house has no direct neighbors so you can enjoy your privacy. The spacious rooms are distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, a romantic living-dining room invites you to recline on the sofa and watch a film on the satellite-TV. A fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob is the favorite room of all chefs. The old fireplace can't be used and is a nice decorative element. The dining area is a journey into the past of this house as it shows antic objects. A laundry features a washer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there's one bedroom with two twin beds without air conditioning and a second bedroom with double bed with air conditioning. Besides, there's a bathroom with bathtub and another bath with shower. Going up the stairs, you'll find another double bedroom with air conditioning and a second bedroom with two twin beds with no air conditioning. The bath on the first floor comprises a bathtub and bidet. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Just 6 km from the dreamlike beach of Es Trenc, this house is set in a quiet and idyllic area. Es Trenc is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island because of its fine grained sand, the natural dunes and the crystal clear water. Near Colonia de Sant Jordi hide more lovely beaches like Es Port, Dofí and Es Carbó. At the same time, the town is famous for its good seafood and fish restaurants. During the summer, you can make a boat trip go the island of Cabrera. Both in Campos and Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need for a nice holiday. In Ses Salines you can see mountains of white gold drying under the Mediterranean sun. Furthermore, in the shop you can buy high-quality salts. Pets are not allowed.
