The location allows a clear 360 degree surround view on the city of Heiligenhafen, the protected integral nature reserve Graswarder and the Fehmarnsund bridge. The Baltic Sea beach and the city centre of Heiligenhafen are in walking distance. Restaurants and shops are very close so that the use of a car is often unnecessary. A bakery and coffee bar is in striking distance (100 meters). The furniture and fixtures are recent and of a modern spirit. The two master bed rooms are double rooms. The 3rd. bed room has a studio couch with sleeping space for two persons and a slatted frame. All bed rooms are equipped with flat screen TV´s, cabinets and bedside tables.
