The rooms have air conditioning, so does the lounge. In addition, the kitchen has all appliances and side table. Rent this beautiful property, equipped with modern comforts but retaining the Mallorcan style in its design and decoration.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.  

The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.25 € / kw.  

Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
