The apartment on two floors provides around 90m² of living space for 2-4 people. It has a cosy living room and a generously equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave etc. There are also three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and WC and a large hallway on the upper floor. The fireplace stove provides additional warmth and cosiness on cooler days.
There is a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill. A private parking space is available by the house. The site is detached. There is space to keep bicycles or motorbikes.
The former farmhouse from the 18th century has some low ceiling heights. The house is surrounded by pastures and an old hedge over 100 years old. Note that the house is not suitable for the disabled and wheelchair users. A travel bed for small children is available.
