The house has three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed so you can rest peacefully. In addition, it has three bathrooms, two of them with a bathtub, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath after a day at the beach or sightseeing.



In the perfectly equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals and dinners at home. And if you like to cook outdoors, you can't miss the outdoor barbecue located right next to the pool. Prepare a delicious dinner while enjoying the sunset!



The house has air conditioning and heating so you can enjoy a pleasant temperature at any time of the year. It also has a private garage so you can park your car comfortably and safely.

Katmandu Theme Park: This theme park is about a 5-minute drive from the house. It is an ideal place to enjoy fun attractions and shows with the family.

Check-in after 8:00 p.m. will have an extra cost of €35 to be paid in cash upon arrival.



*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or responsible groups of people who seek tranquility are accepted. Youth groups will not be accepted.



Rules:



-Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.



-Keep order and cleanliness at all times.



-Guests must take care of the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.



-Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.



-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
