Villa Irida is a stunning beachfront villa, situated along the popular sandy shores of Rethymno town. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances (including a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and oven), a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room with WC, and a second bedroom with a double bed. French doors from this level lead to a charming covered veranda with patio furniture, situated adjacent to the pool and offering direct, breathtaking views of the Cretan sea and the sandy beach.
An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where three more bedrooms are located. Two of these bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, and the third has two single beds. Additionally, two shower rooms with WC can be found on this floor, one of which is en suite to one of the bedrooms with a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort.
The third level, accessible via a marble staircase from the middle level, features the sixth bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining shower room with WC. Additionally, a playroom with a billiard table awaits, providing entertainment for guests of all ages.
Outside, a lovely 32 square meter pool (4 x 8 meters) complements the villa, surrounded by a small grassy area, perfect for children's play.
