Elegant apartment with salt water pool located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea. A few km from the velvet beach of Senigallia, near the village of San Costanzo where there are small shops.
This apartment, located in an annexe adjacent to the house, develops entirely on the ground floor.
Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate living area with sofa and TV. Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds complete the apartment together with 2 bathrooms with shower.
All the apartment has air conditioning for a pleasant freshness even on warmer days.
The white exterior gazebo reserved for the apartment is furnished with sofas to make you enjoy the magnificent view of the pool and the sea. There is another private outdoor porch on the back with table and chairs for outdoor dining and with views of a holmo grove.
The salt-water pool, in the centre of the beautiful green meadow, can be heated in colder periods (at an additional cost, measured by a counter). It also has 3 whirlpool seats and water cascade for cervical massage. There are also loungers and hammocks available, as well as a bathroom and outdoor heated shower.
Right in front of the pool there is a fantastic covered area where there are on one side spinning bikes for training enjoying the view of the sea. In the other side of this area there is a beautiful 'open kitchen' that includes oven, BBQ, cooking hobs, washing area, tables and chairs.
For sporty people 4 Mountan Bikes are also available to take a walk around the villa.
The area where the villa is located is really a perfect location, it is just a few minutes from the village of San Costanzo, where you will find small shops. In a few minutes you can reach the sea, which is about 3 km, and in less than 15 minutes you will be in Fano, a city of Romanesque origin, where you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc ..
The famous Senigallia with its velvet beach is another step not to be missed: the promenade, the historic center, unforgettable events such as the Summer Jamboree, are just some of the attractions of one of the most famous town of the Adriatic.
But if you are not looking for the sea, you will find wonderful towns like Mondavio and Corinaldo, wine areas where you can enjoy fine tasting in the cellar and art cities such as Urbino.
