The house is on the outskirts of Dahlem-Schmidtheim in a beautiful and quiet location. It is at the heart of the Eifel by Höhenberg and offers an optimal starting point for trips into nature, cultural visits, hiking and cycling tours, as well as many other recreational and sports activities for all ages.
For summer days, there is an outdoor seating area with garden furniture and a parasol, as well as a grill. The property comprises around 6000m² of garden with a ca. 80m² natural pond. You can share use of the garden at your own risk. Free parking spaces are available.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining corner, a bathroom and a kitchen, totaling around 75m² of living space for 2-6 people. The contemporary apartment is fully-furnished and is situated on the ground floor. The entrance is to the rear of the house facing the garden and south. The apartment is non-smoking.
