The house is about 13 metres high, so it is quite imposing, but is well-integrated into the townscape, as it is on a cul-de-sac not far from the Pfeifer bookshop on Heiligengeiststrasse. The granary was built in 1904. It has now been converted into a residential house with 8 apartments. During the renovation, attention was paid to preserving the old building structure, as well as to ecological building.
In the immediate vicinity, within 100 metres, you can find everything you might need: private butcher, bakery, bookshop, clothing, pharmacy, snack bars and restaurants, cafes, a jeweler, shoe shop etc…
