The Baltic Sea village Rerik – the former fishing village is idyllically situated between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff, a little Baltic Sea bay opposite the Wustrow peninsula. The two-family house is on a site of around 1250m², which is fenced to a height of around 1 metre, so dog owners can relax. Two cars can be parked one behind the other by the house and bicycles can be locked away in the bicycle shed. The living and dining room opens onto the large south-facing terrace (20m²). Rerik itself is centrally located between the Hanseatic towns Rostock and Weimar (world cultural heritage sites). The Baltic Sea towns Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm (the white town by the Baltic Sea) can also be visited on a pleasant cycle tour, in combination with a ride on the “Molli” narrow-gauge train.
