This comfortable villa with a private pool is situated in the historical town Fethiye, in the Koca Calis district not far from the beach (800m) and water sports facilities. The house is in a quiet residential area that is inhabited by locals and tourists in summer. It is about 7km to the vibrant town centre with its old town and the harbour. It is about 40 minutes by car from Dalaman airport.
The detached villa provides 180m² of living space and is spread over three floors. It provides ample space for up to ten people. The sociable ground floor comprises the entrance, the living and dining room, the large kitchen and the guest WC, while the five bedrooms and three shower rooms are on the upper floors.
