The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The living room opens onto the balcony facing south and east with balcony furniture and a parasol. There is a car parking space right by the house. There is an extra bicycle room for bicycles.
Owing to the central location, it is just a few minutes’ walk to the bakery, restaurants, shops, concerts, museums or sports facilities.
