The house is in the little town of Vrchlabi in the Giant Mountains (Krkonose), on the edge of a ski area. The location is ideal for summer and winter sports lovers as well as those looking for a quiet holiday in the mountains.
The house is on two floors and can accommodate up to 12 people. The first floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom (for up to 5 people) has a king bed, one single bed and a bunk bed and a TV. The second one (for up to 3 people) has a double bed and a sofabed, while the third one with a king bed and three single beds can accommodate up to 5 people and a big TV. The ground floor has a big living room with a sofa suite, a fireplace and a big TV with Czech, German, Polish and many more TV programmes. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a wood-burning stove, an electric stove and oven, a microwave, an American fridge with a freezer with an ice maker, a dishwasher, as well as large dining table. There are two bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor. The big bathroom on the ground floor comprises bath/shower, a double washbasin and washing machine. The second bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Most of the windows in the house look out directly towards the ski lift. There is an extra room for skiing equipment.
