This pretty villa with wonderful sea views from the upper floor, is situated in a quiet cul de sac street, only 550 m. away to Cala Esmeralda sandy cove, to 750m. to the sandy cove Cala Gran and to Cala D'Or centre with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and night life
Villa Mar Gran is designed in "Old Ibizan" style and has just undergone a complete rebuild and refurbishment. A short path leads up from its gated entrance a lawned garden to the front door. From the entrace we access directly into a spacious, airy, comfortable furnished lounge/dining room with original fireplace.
