Light and friendly holiday house with a garden, in a central location by the North Sea
This detached holiday house is situated in the beautiful Esen old town. The attractive location is ideal for extensive walks, cycle tours and exploratory trips in the unique nature of East Frisia. You can experience an active holiday by the North Sea, as well as benefitting from its climate.
The living space of around 100m² in a comfortable and cosy-modern style can accommodate four people. The light and invitingly designed rooms were completely newly furnished and equipped to a high standard at the beginning of 2017. The living and dining room has a corner sofa, a coffee table, a cosy reading corner, a 40” curve HD TV including cable TV, Netflix and Amazon, as well as a dining corner. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge-freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. The first bedroom was redesigned in December 2019 and equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 meters wide) and a multimedia HD TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a guest WC. A washing machine, dryer and highchair are available. The whole house has heating and free Wi-Fi.
A terrace awaits you outside with garden furniture and a grill, as well as a fully fenced garden, ideal for children to play and dogs to run around. A garage and several outdoor parking spaces by the access road are available for your car. Bicycles can be kept in the garage. A maximum of three pets are welcome.
Please note that the house is non-smoking.
It is 5 minutes by car or about 15 minutes by bike to the beach. Would you like a generous breakfast? No problem: within about 300 to 500 metres you can find some excellent localities. The nearest grocery shop is about a kilometre away.
