The holiday apartments are quietly situated by the edge of a forest and near the sea (100 metres) on a side street with little traffic.
The total of four apartments are on a shared site. The owner himself lives in the building next door. The apartments are furnished and equipped to German standards and will make you feel at home.
There are free car parking spaces. The communal courtyard has a grill for leisurely evenings. Outdoor showers are perfect for cooling off after a sunny day on the beach. A coin-operated washing machine is available for all guests to use.
Bed linen, towels and air conditioning can be booked for a fee. Please note that the apartments are non-smoking.
It is only a five-minute walk to the beach. Apart from quiet surroundings, the property and locality offer everything tourists need. Nearby you can find a café, bar, restaurant, pharmacy and a little grocery market. Churches and monasteries on the island invite you to pay a visit. There is also a nudist beach on the island. If, apart from a beach holiday, you are also looking for sports adventures, you can choose between deep-sea fishing, fishing, jet-skiing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, surfing, tennis or mountain hiking. Alternatively you can go on cultural trips and tours to the natural beauties of Croatia, such as the Kornati, Krka and Plitvice Lakes national parks, as well as the old town of Zadar, Biograd etc.
Holiday apartment for four persons on the first floor with a balcony
The 50m² holiday apartment is on the first floor. Two separate bedrooms provide all guests with plenty of space to retreat. The first is furnished with a kingsize bed (160 x 200cm), the second with two single beds. The hallway leads to the light living and dining room with a open-plan kitchen for self-catering, equipped with all the essential kitchen utensils, along with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob and toaster. A dining table, a sofa and satellite/cable TV, as well as a radio invite you to relax and enjoy sociable togetherness. The sofa can also be used as a bed (140 x 200cm) for one person. All the windows are fitted with fly screens. A modern shower room with a WC and hairdryer rounds off the accommodation.
The living room opens onto your furnished balcony. From there you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic sea view and end an exciting day with a glass of wine.
