The cosy holiday accommodation is part of a terraced house and is right by the coast at Stazzo.

The 160m² house is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to six persons. The ground floor has a light and spacious living room, as well as the dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster and microwave, as well as direct access to the terrace. On the first floor you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one with two single beds 8each 90 x 200cm) and one with a double bed (180 x 200cm). On the second floor, the attic, there is a further bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm). On request, the owner can provide a sofa bed for a further guest free of charge. Two of the three bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin, while the third bedroom has a guest WC. Each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning, except for the attic, but four fans are available.

Each of the three bedrooms boasts its own balcony with chairs, deckchairs, tables and cushions which you can use for breakfast, snacks or simply to relax in the fresh sea air. You can enjoy a wonderful sea view from the terrace accessed from the kitchen. In front of the house there are four communal parking spaces for free use.

The holiday house with a light and fresh interior is the ideal place to spend a holiday with friends or family in a central location and right by the beach. The house has an exceptional décor and offers optimal comfort and convenience. It has a TV with a DVD player and a PlayStation that you may use free of charge. Children’s toys are available. A cot can be provided at no additional charge.

The house is situated right by the sea on a flat cliff plateau, just 15 metres from the beach and surrounded by colourful Mediterranean plants. You can descend conveniently directly to the sea. The nearest grocery shop is only 150 metres away and the harbour, cafes and restaurants are just 300 metres away. Stazzo is a picturesque village right by the sea and close to Acireale. Many trip possibilities are available, such as Etna in Catania, Siracusa, Modica, Scicli, Noto.
