Modern holiday apartment very close to the beach
This holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a detached apartment building and is right near the beach Schönberger Strand. It is a quiet and very beautiful residential area right behind the embankment. The house was built in 2007 and last renovated in 2015.
The apartment of around 60m2 has a large and modern living room with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, satellite TV with a CD/DVD player, a stereo system and a fireplace stove. The kitchen integrated into the living room is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a table for up to four people. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), the second with two single beds (92cm wide). The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine (use free of charge) and a hairdryer. The owner can provide a child’s bed and highchair free of charge. The whole apartment has heating and free wireless Internet access. The bathroom has underfloor heating.
The living room provides direct access to the 30m² sunny terrace facing south, with garden furniture, a parasol and a charcoal grill. There is a private, free and secure parking area with five spaces right in front of the apartment. A maximum of one pet is allowed for a fee.
As the owner lives on site, you have a direct contact person to assist with any queries.
It is about 100 metres on foot to the beach. The beach/embankment can also be accessed easily along a wide ramp. Shops, restaurants, cafes are all nearby, about 400 metres.
