The hose "Casa Bela Vista" faces east and is located above Pedreira/Nordeste. It offers stunning views of the town and the ocean and is an ideal base for hiking trips.
The house, which is about 200 years old and made of volcanic rock, was purchased in 2015 as a ruin and fully rebuilt and renovated from October 2015 to October 2016. The original character of the house was retained by preserving the original door and window frames. The 80 m² house accommodates up to four people and is comfortably furnished. The bright living room is furnished with a wood burning stove, a stereo with a CD player and many CDs, blue tooth access, a television and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is equipped granite counters and all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and the living room is furnished with a sofa. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and bedding.
