This exotic 2-bedroom villa is in Ampus. It is ideal for a family and can accommodate 4 guests. This villa has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to enjoy a lovely sunny day with your loved one.

Dine out at the nearest restaurant, just 1 km from the stay. The local grocery stores are 5 km from the villa in case you are out of your essentials.

You can relish a delicious platter of barbecue with your family in the furnished garden. The villa offers children’s bed for the little ones to have a comfortable stay.     „Betreuung vor Ort durch Hausmanager und Vermieterin waren vorbildlich. Bei Anreise waren einige Reparaturen notwendig, welche bis auf die Reparatur der Heizungsanlage schnell behoben wurden. Dadurch waren die Nächte im Haus am Ende recht kühl. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus hat wirklich eine einmalige Lage. Nachts ist die Alleinlage wegen der Wildtiere etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, gerade wenn man mit Hunden noch Gassi gehen muss (ca. 200 Meter bis zum nächsten Nachbarn durch eine kleine Zufahrt durch den Wald). Die Zufahrt ist recht steil und das Wenden mit dem PKW schwierig. Der Pool ist toll, bereitet aber recht viel Arbeit, da eine Abdeckung über Nacht fehlt. WLAN ist nur zeitweise verfügbar. Fazit: Das Haus ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Ruhe ermöglicht einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage im einsamen Bergdorf muss man aber mögen.”
