This cozy villa is located in Santa Cristina d'Aro. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to enjoy the most of your holiday.The forest is only 100 m from the stay. The sea is only 4 km away from the home. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km away. The golf course is 2 km from the house. The tennis court is only 2 km away from the home if you plan for a sporty day. Central heating will keep you comfortable inside. Roofed terrace and a fenced garden can be used for an outdoor breakfast or coffee time.     „Die Ausstattung des Hauses war absolut ok. Möbel relativ neu, Betten in Ordnung, Küche und Küchenzubehör alles da was man braucht. Fernsehprogramme(Sat) waren leider nur auf Niederländisch vorhanden. Dieses kleine Problem haben wir aber mit dem Lapptop und Internet TV gelöst. Die steile Eingangstreppe mit 36 Stufen von der Strasse hinab zum Haus war eine mittlere Katastrophe: Die Stufen hatten jede eine unterschiedliche Höhe und waren sehr steil. Senioren und Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung hätten mit der Zugangstreppe sicherlich ein grösseres Problem. Abends im dunkeln fehlt an der Aussentreppe eine vernünftige Beleuchtung damit man überhaupt sieht wo man hintreten muss. Ohne Taschenlampe im Handy war ein gefahrloses hinabsteigen fast unmöglich.”
