Rocche di Montexelo is located in the historic centre of Monticello d'Alba, an ancient village nestled in the hills of Roero,
Monticello d'Alba is one of the Roero's oldest villages, and stands out for its history, its fascinating sites such as the medieval castle of the Counts of Roero, and its biodiversity.
We are between Alba and Bra, in Roero region, just near Langhe.
Our holiday home has 4 studios with a kitchen and a private bathroom.

Our 4 studios are first floor.
- Equipped with a double bed in all studios. In some studios you can find a bunk bed and an armchair bed.
- Bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hair-drier and courtesy set.

Hideaway kitchen:
- with dining table, touch control hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge.
- 32" flat screen TV.
- kitchen equipped for cooking.

Linen: rented from a specialized company (included in the rate)

- bedding - sheets, blankets, double pillows
- kitchen linen - tablecloth and towels
- bathroom linen - towels and bathrobes

Apartment cleaning:
- after each stay or upon specific request.

3. Our holiday home has 4 studios and the courtyard, terrace and swimming pool are also for other guests.
Our property is real green. We have a green certification: GREEN KEY Certificate n.IT0097 - GK09011.

Heating
- Our apartments and pool are heated using locally-sourced eco-fuels with biomass, such as hazelnut shells.

Energy
- We use solar-thermal heat-exchange panels to produce hot water for heating, bathrooms, Jacuzzi and the pool.

Water
- At Rocche di Montexelo, we use rainwater to irrigate green areas, flush toilets, pressure washer and filling the outdoor swimming pool.

Air-Conditioning
- The air conditioning in our rooms cuts out automatically when the doors and windows are opened.

Charging columns/charging wall box
- In our tiled garage you'll find charging stations with type 2, 2x7 and 4 kW points for electric cars and bicycles.

Lighting
- LED lights are used throughout the guest house, and in shared areas we have installed an automatic timer system.

Differentiated waste collection
- Differentiated waste is the first step to making a real difference to our environment! At Rocche di Montexelo we separate plastic, paper, glass and tins.

Recycled toiled paper
- At our guest house we don't use toilet paper made from trees, but paper made from pulp. Paper trimmings, unprinted paper, printed and de-inked paper are all used to make recycled paper.

Microfibre bathrobes
- At our spa and pool, we provide microfibre bathrobes. It's a comfortable service with less water consumption in washing and less energy in drying

Cleaning
- At Rocche di Montexelo we take great care over the cleaning of our rooms, always following our green philosophy. In fact, the products we use contain only plant-based ingredients.

Centralised cleaning system
- To clean our rooms we use a centralised system consisting of floor tubes, wall outlets and a central vacuum unit in a separate room.

Wooden hangers
- In our wardrobes you'll find wooden hangers for storing your clothes.
