Generous holiday apartment in a quiet district, surrounded by nature and with good connections to Berlin
This is a generous and comfortable holiday apartment with a roof terrace in a terraced house. You can benefit from a relaxing holiday in a quiet location by the edge of the district surrounded peacefully by fields, to the east of the capital. You can go on day trips to Berlin by public transport or car within an hour.
You can have breakfast or other meals outdoors on the roof terrace. An electric grill and a fold-out dining table with four stools are available. There is a private parking space right by the house. Children will enjoy the playground right on the doorstep, which can be seen from the apartment.
The apartment on the second floor provides 159m2 of living space, which appears larger due to the sloping ceilings and provides ample space and a variety of beds for a holiday together. It has six generous rooms, which are colourful with murals and a vibrant atmosphere. The interior comprises five bedrooms, a living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room, each with a WC. the first three bedrooms are each furnished with two double beds (140 x 200cm), each accommodating up four people. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are each classical double bedrooms for two people with a French bed the same size. The two leather sofa beds in the living room can be pulled out (140 x 200cm), so the maximum occupancy is up to 20 people. The living room also has a suite and a dining table for six people to dine together. The external door allows plenty of daylight in and opens onto the roof terrace. The open corner kitchen enables convenient self-catering with the four-zone ceramic hob with an oven, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a workspace with a multifunctional printer in one of the bedrooms, a TV with a DVD player in the living room and free wireless Internet access. A child’s bed and highchair are available.
The district has an ice cream café awaiting your visit 200 metres away. It is the same distance to a riding farm. The surroundings invite you to go on extended walks or trips into the nature reserves. The next largest town, Fürstenwalde, will entice you with its cathedral, shopping facilities and Schwapp leisure pool about 5km away. Bus line 432 stops locally and takes you to Fürstenwalde, from where you can take the express train into the town centre of Berlin (ca. 56mins.) A golf course and tennis facility within 20km provide sports activities. It is a 50-kilometre drive to Berlin.
