Cosy holiday apartment in a quiet location with a big terrace
This apartment with a separate entrance is on the ground floor of a single-family house on the outskirts of Sassnitz, in a quiet residential location, right by Jasmund/Stubnitz National Park. There are generous playgrounds in the quiet residential surroundings for use free of charge. It is about 2km from the centre of Sassnitz.
The apartment of around 60m² has a living room with a generous sofa suite that can be pulled out as a sofa bed for one person (110cm wide), a coffee table and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine and a dining space with a bench and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide). A supplementary bed (80 x 190cm), a child’s travel bed (60 x 120cm) and a cot (60 x 160cm) can also be set up here. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, a separate shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. The owner can provide children’s toys, board games for all ages free of charge. The whole apartment has heating and free wireless Internet access. A washing machine can be used free of charge.
The outdoor area of the 700m² site has a garden you can share use of and play equipment for children such as a Wendy House and a slide, as well as a 15m² terrace with garden furniture and a little grill. You can relax here in this quiet residential area without traffic. Children can play freely in the garden or on the surrounding playgrounds. Little bicycles and a walking bike are available. There is a free private outdoor car parking space. Pets are not allowed. For bikers who would like to explore the island by motorcycle, it is possible to park a maximum of four motorbikes in an underground garage, which is at the same property and is free of charge.

It is always worth visiting the Sassnitz harbour and the nearby area with hill mounds, or going on helicopter trips. The Sassnitz-Mukran ferry harbour is about 5km away and offers onward journeys to Sweden or the Danish island Bornholm. The nearest grocery shop is only about a kilometre away.
