This cosily furnished holiday home is quietly located, surrounded by other single family and holiday homes. Other than many of the other homes on this neighbourhood, which are built in a slope, this house is on a mostly level property. It is about 800 meters to the ocean and the beach.
The 166 m² house has two floors, fully heated. Upstairs you will find the living room, furnished with a flat screen television, a fireplace and a fan; adjacent is the open plan, fully loaded kitchen with a dining area. Additionally, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms; one of the bathrooms is ensuite. The master bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, has air conditioning and a fan and grants access to the pool patio. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and is furnished with two 0.90 x 2.00 m single beds, which can be combined to a double bed. Adjacent to this room is a dressing room, furnished with a 0.90 x 1.90 m single bed for a child. A washing machine is at your disposal free of charge in the bathroom.
