The detached house renovated in 2015 is very close to the beach, in a quiet location on a road with little traffic on the island of Drvenik Mali, Trogir-Split.

The covered, extensive terrace affords a sea view and provides garden furniture, two deckchairs and a grill. Six people can sit together at the large table or grill in the evening. The bedroom balconies are furnished with deckchairs and have a beautiful view of the Adriatic. The site with two parking spaces is fenced and therefore suitable for children, as well as dogs.
The total space of 200m² (100m² per floor) can ideally accommodate six people. The ground floor consists of a living room with a flatscreen TV and a leather suite with a double sofa bed a dining space, an open kitchen equipped with a stove oven and fridge, and a modern shower room with a WC and washbasin. On the upper floor there are another bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as the three bedrooms with a sea view. All the rooms have a TV, a fan and a balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, the second has two single beds (90cm wide) and the third has one single bed (90cm wide).
A pristine, secluded beach is about 200 metres away. It is about 300 metres into the centre of the island with its restaurants, markets and shops.
Please note that the holiday house can only be accessed along a 250-metre gravel track. A travel bed for toddlers is available free of charge.
