This luxury holiday villa with modern furnishing and a private swimming pool is in the little village Ušići Dvori near Pula, on the sunny Istrian peninsula and very close to the beach. The house is ideal for a quiet and leisurely holiday with friends or family.
The living room on the ground floor provides direct access to the generous sunny terrace, with an adjoining private pool measuring 20m². The metal ladder provides safe and easy access to the pool. There is an extra large, traditional grill area in the fully enclosed 135m² planted outdoor area, inviting you to enjoy leisurely grill evenings under a starry sky. There are secure parking spaces right in front of the villa.
The villa was built in 1961 and was completely renovated in 2016. It is suitable for eight to a maximum of twelve people and provides a total living space of 160m², comprising two generous living and dining rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable corner sofa, a large flatscreen TV (cable and satellite TV) with a USB port and a large wooden dining table with six matching chairs. Next to the dining space there is the open kitchen with a dishwasher, a four-ring electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The ground floor also has a bathroom and two of the four bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (160 x 205cm and 140 x 205cm) and a spacious wardrobe. Wide stairs lead to the first floor with the other two bedrooms, the second bathroom, a guest WC and the second kitchen, which is equipped similarly to the ground-floor kitchen. The two upper bedrooms provide a double bed 160cm wide and two single beds 90cm wide. There are also two double sofa beds for four further guests. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a large roofed terrace with a wooden table and chairs, as well as a sofa. You can enjoy meals here if you like, admiring the panoramic view. The two bathrooms each have a spacious shower cubicle or a bath, as well as a washbasin with a mirror, a wall cupboard and a toilet. A supplementary bed for a child, a cot, a washing machine and a reliable, free wireless Internet connection are also available. The air conditioning unit in the living room has a cool-warm function.
Your holiday house is only about five kilometres from the nearest beach. It is about 2km to the nearest cafés and restaurants. The holiday town of Medulin about 9km away offers a range of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The nearby historical town of Pula with its famous Roman amphitheatre is always worth a visit.
