The elegant, loft-like apartment enjoys a quiet, but central location on the third floor of a residential building from the year 1930 very close to the harbour, the sandy beaches on the Croisette, and the beautiful Marché Forville.
You can park your car in a large public parking deck about 50 metres from the apartment.
The apartment of around 63m² is something special: it is suitable for four people and has a loft-like layout, with exposed beams and a large living room (43m²). It comprises a cooking corner with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and an induction hob, a dining space, a sofa corner with cable TV and a sofa bed for two people. The living room affords a view of the historical Suquet district. There is also a bedroom with either a double bed 160cm wide or two single beds 90cm wide. The beautiful bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower, a washing machine and a towel radiator. The whole tastefully furnished apartment has air conditioning that also works as heating.
