The holiday house of 140m2 comprises a sociable, open-plan ground floor with a large living and dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a guest WC. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the first floor with two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed (180 x 200cm), the second with a smaller double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and shower curtain, a WC and a washbasin. The stairs lead up further to the open, gallery-like attic, which is divided into two areas. On the west side there is a bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed for a fifth and sixth guest, while the east side has a cosy TV area with satellite TV and a comfortable designer leather sofa. The interior exudes a cosy atmosphere, due to the exposed ceiling beams and many windows that allow plenty of daylight in. A historical wall with an integrated fireplace on the ground floor bear witness to the past. The fireplace exudes pleasant warmth when dining together at the large dining table. This wall also serves as a room divider to the kitchen space with a modern design, consisting of a kitchen island that enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone induction hob and oven, a fridge and freezer and a dishwasher.
