These spacious apartments are in an apartment building that is centrally located in the 15th district of Vienna, to the west of the city centre. Owing to the convenient transport connections, with the underground and tram nearby, the apartments are an ideal starting point for exploring the capital of Austria.
The renovated apartments are all equipped with a TV and a wireless Internet connection.
Right in front of the house along the street there are public parking spaces. A short-term parking zone applies at the address from Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 and 19.00. During these periods a ticket has to be displayed. If you would like to park longer term then you can do so using the park & ride system.
Please note that pets have to be agreed in advance.
Various supermarkets and restaurants are right around the corner. It is a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Schönbrunn Castle with the Tierpark, a three-minute walk to the U4/U6 underground station Längenfeldgasse and the Westbahn City, a five-minute walk to several train connections. The underground U3/U6 and various trams are nearby. It only takes 8 minutes by U3 from the Westbahnhof to the city centre Wien-Mitte, Stephansplatz.

This apartment is on the ground floor and provides 45m² of space for two people. The apartment laid with tiles comprises an entrance area, a bathroom, a living room with an integrated kitchen, and a bedroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa suite consisting of a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table, a living room cupboard and a dining space with a table and three chairs. The kitchen unit behind the cupboard is equipped with a two-ring hob, a capsule coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge, a sink and a kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a WC and a washbasin, for a good start to the day. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide with bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe.
