Natural stone holiday house near the picturesque bays in the south of the Istrian peninsula
The characteristic holiday house is in the centre of Liznjan, in the popular travel destination on the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula.
The site is completely enclosed. There is a front garden in front of the house and there is also a furnished veranda, where you can sit comfortably and enjoy meals. On the rear side of the house there is a terrace, also with garden furniture and parasols, and a grill on request. A car parking space is available on site.
It is a typical Istrian house made of natural stone that was completely renovated in 2012 and provided with modern amenities. The living space is spread over three floors and the interior features a traditional rural style. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room-kitchen. Owing to the stone walls and wooden ceiling beams, the atmosphere is particularly cosy. The living room provides comfortable upholstered seating and a big fireplace, which can also be used, with firewood available from the owner for a fee. The brick-built kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, a filter coffee machine and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The dining table with chairs is set up in the middle of the room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor: a double room with two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed, and a single room. The third bedroom is in the attic and has two single beds and a cosy lounge area with a sofa bed for a further person. The single beds measure 80 x 190cm. There are also two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one between floors. Both are fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC. A washing machine, heating and fans are also provided.
Owing to the central location, there are shopping facilities and restaurants right nearby. The beach is 1500 metres away, within walking distance. The centre of Pula is about 8km away and is definitely worth a visit.
