Two modern holiday apartments in a newly built (2015) enclosed apartment building with a shared pool that can be illuminated at night, within walking distance of the long beach
These two modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartments are in a perfect seaside holiday location within walking distance of the blue Adriatic, in the pictursque little fishing village of Razanj along the sunny south coast of Croatia.
The spacious holiday apartments are in a three-storey apartment building that was newly built in 2015 and therefore provides all the necessary modern conveniences for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cool and warm) in all the rooms.
The enclosed outdoor area includes a pool shared with guests at the other holiday apartments. The pool is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols, and there is also a convenient outdoor shower. As it can be illuminated, you can turn night into day and swim a few rounds under a starry sky. There are secure, private parking spaces right in front of the house, if you arrive by car.
The apartments are about 100 metres from the long beach with crystal clear water. It is about 500 metres to the centre of the little village of Razanj with shops, colourful markets and a good range of gastronomy. The nearest cafes and restaurants are within about 200 metres.

The 85m² holiday apartment is on the first floor of the three-storey building and provides a living and dining room flooded with daylight with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and two luxuriously fitted daylight bathrooms. The livng room provides a comfortable sofa, an extra wide flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with satellite channels and a USB port, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with four chairs. The white built-in kitchen next is equipped with all the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds, which can also be pushed together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroomsare each fitted with a big shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine is available for use and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
